Getting Started
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation, fill in your details including email, password, and phone number. You'll receive a verification email to complete your registration.
Go to the Listings page and use our advanced filters to search by location, price range, number of bedrooms, and amenities. You can also save your searches for quick access later.
Our AI Negotiator is a smart assistant that helps you find properties matching your specific needs and can assist with landlord communications, price negotiations, and answering questions about properties.
Account & Billing
Basic features including property search and viewing listings are free. Premium features like AI Negotiator, advanced filters, and priority support require a Pro subscription at $19.99/month.
Go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile Settings". You can update your personal information, preferences, and upload a profile picture from there.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Dashboard under "Billing Settings". Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Property Management
Each property listing has a "Contact Landlord" button. Click it to send a message directly through our platform. You can also let our AI Negotiator handle initial communications for you.
Yes! Click the heart icon on any property listing to save it to your favorites. You can view all saved properties in your Dashboard under "Saved Properties".
Click "Schedule Viewing" on the property page and select your preferred date and time. The landlord will receive your request and confirm the appointment through our messaging system.
