• Listing properties you don't own or have authorization to rent
• Using stolen photos or copying others' listings
• Running rental scams or phishing schemes
• Requesting wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency before viewing
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials
• Impersonating landlords, property managers, or other users

Discrimination

You must NOT discriminate based on:

• Race or color
• National origin or ethnicity
• Religion
• Sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity
• Familial status (families with children under 18)
• Disability or handicap

Examples of prohibited discrimination:

• Refusing to rent based on protected classes
• Advertising preferences for specific races, religions, or nationalities
• Denying reasonable accommodations for disabilities
• Refusing service animals or emotional support animals with proper documentation
• Steering users to specific neighborhoods based on race

Harassment & Abuse

You must NOT:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Send unwanted sexual messages or propositions
• Engage in hate speech or discriminatory language
• Stalk or repeatedly contact users who have declined communication
• Dox (publish private information) about other users
• Engage in cyberbullying or targeted harassment campaigns

Fake Accounts & Impersonation

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the system
• Creating fake profiles with false identities
• Impersonating landlords, property managers, or RoomFinderAI staff
• Using AI-generated or stolen photos for profile pictures
• Registering accounts on behalf of others without authorization

Spam & Solicitation

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
• Posting the same listing multiple times
• Promoting third-party services, products, or websites
• Requesting users to communicate off-platform to avoid fees
• Engaging in pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing

Automated Access & Scraping

• Using bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Automated listing creation or deletion
• Harvesting user data, emails, or contact information
• Reverse engineering or decompiling Platform code
• Accessing non-public areas of the Platform
• Overloading servers or disrupting Platform performance

Illegal Activity

• Violating local, state, national, or international laws
• Posting listings for illegal activities (drug houses, brothels, etc.)
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Tax evasion or unreported income schemes
• Intellectual property infringement (using copyrighted photos without permission)
• Child exploitation or endangerment

Privacy Violations

• Sharing other users' personal information without consent
• Recording conversations or taking screenshots to share publicly
• Accessing another user's account without authorization
• Violating confidentiality of Platform communications

Malicious Content

• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Sharing links to phishing sites or scam websites
• Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise security
• Distributing ransomware or other harmful software

Content Restrictions

You must NOT post or upload:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence or gore
• Hate speech or extremist propaganda
• Illegal substances or controlled items
• Misleading or photoshopped images (use authentic property photos only)
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Private or confidential information of others
